Every product sold from Mobile GPS Online is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that your product should require service during the warranty period, please follow the instructions below to obtain warranty service.
Step 1: Get ready for the serial number of the product, your return shipping address, and daytime telephone number.
Step 2: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking number (RMA#) by sending us the RMA request form online or contacting our Technical Support by phone or email:
