Fugawi Tracker - iTrac System

Fugawi iTrac system is an advanced, powerful and feature-rich GPS tracking system. It uses the iTrac as the tracking unit. The iTrac is designed to offer various applications with real "SECURITY" concept - black single wire cable with no connectors; the layout complies with insurance recommendations for high end car alarm and tracking systems and case design similar to existing car alarm system which allows easy installation by existing car alarm installers.

With Fugawi Tracker software you can not only easily keep tracking your vehicles on digital maps and know where they are located, but also have some controls for special situations. Fugawi Tracker TCP/IP manager offers an convenient interface for you to communicate with the iTrac units too, for example, you can easily request current vehicle location and change the tracking time interval just by sending a simple message.

The Fugawi iTrac system uses the iTrac to send location information to a fixed IP address (in GPRS mode) or a GSM modem (in SMS mode) that is connected to your office or home PC. A TCP/IP manager software will pass the location information to Fugawi Tracker software for mapping.

What you need to activate the Fugawi iTrac System:

• Wireless service from your local GSM/GPRS carrier
• SMS/GPRS-enabled SIM (subscriber identification card)
• Fugawi Tracker and the corresponding Gateway software
• A GSM Modem
• A Windows PC with fixed IP address, RS232 Cable and HyperTerminal

How much does Fugawi iTrac system cost?

• The one-time cost to purchase iTrac hardware ($350USD)
• The one-time Fugawi software setup license fee that depends on the number of targets to be tracked and the number of PCs that need to install the software (start from $295USD for one asset).
• The one-time Gateway software setup license fee (start from $99 USD for 5 asset)
• The one-time cost to purchase the GSM Modem per office ($250USD)
• The monthly data service fee from your local wireless service provider. It depends on your service provider and service plan. It may range from US$10 to US$50 typically.

The total system cost for tracking one vehicle is about $994 USD + monthly service fee. The cost for additional vehicle (up to 10) is $450USD + monthly service fee.
