Mobile GPS Online accepts online orders from and ships directly to the following 59 countries worldwide:

My country is not listed and I want to place an order?
If your country is not listed above and you would like to purchase from us, then we will accept your written order as follows: 1) order must be in writing, 2) your complete billing and shipping addresses must be provided, 3) payment must be in advance by wire transfer, 4) shipping method must be trackable with UPS, FedEx or other carriers, 5) extra order handling fee may be added to the order. Email your order request to email@example.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
All international orders by credit cards should be placed online and paid through our authorized online payment processor PayPal. We don't accept direct credit card payment for international orders. If PayPal doesn't accept credit card payment from your country, a fax or email order paid by wire transfer is required.
We may accept US corporate orders by credit cards and pre-approved purchase orders from USA government and educational institutions. Email your order request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 24 hours.
Order Identification Request
In some special situations we may accept an international order by credit card. In this case, additional identification may be required. If we request additional identification from you, please fax or email us a legible jpg/gif of your credit card (front and back) along with a copy of a piece of your picture ID. Our fax number is 1-613-8230926. Email your jpg or gif file as an attachment to email@example.com. We destroy all identifications once your order has shipped.
All goods shipped Internationally are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. In the unlikely event you will require warranty support for your product, you may either return it to us or return it directly to the manufacturer. Dealing directly with the manufacturer is often much faster - save your receipts to show as proof of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping costs both ways - to return the item for warranty AND to have the warranted item shipped back to you.
International Processing Fee
All orders shipping to countries other than the United States and Canada require the preparation of additional paperwork (ie commercial invoice) and insurance. We apply a small fee (minimum $2.50) to cover our additional processing and insurance costs.
All International sales are final - they cannot be returned unless defective.
Lost Or Missing Shipments
In the event that an order fails to arrive at your international destination, Mobile GPS Online will track the shipment and reroute it if necessary. In the event the shipment is lost, Mobile GPS Online will submit an insurance claim for the order and will provide a refund to you immediately upon receipt of the insurance claim refund. This can take upwards of 30 days in some instances.
Local Customs & Duties
You are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes payable at your country's customs offices when these goods are imported into your country. Rates for duty and taxes vary from country to country. You are advised to check locally with your government customs agents to verify the taxes and duties prior to submitting an order with us. In the event any customs, duties and taxes for your order are billed back to us, they will be automatically billed to you along with a small $10 handling fee.
