Limited Warranty

Every Mobile GPS Online product is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that your Mobile GPS product should require service during the warranty period, please follow the instructions below to obtain warranty service.

Step 1: Get ready for the serial number of the product, your return shipping address, and daytime telephone number.

Step 2: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  tracking number (RMA#) by contacting our Technical Support group at one of the following numbers:

Step 3: Securely package the product and ship it (insured) to the following address:

Warning: This warranty does not include damages which caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications by third parties. In addition, this warranty does not include expendable materials and defects, which constitute as normal wear or tear.
