Pick Up Orders

Online Orders Only for Pick-Up
Orders can be placed online for pick-up at our showroom in Ottawa. When you place your order, simply choose 'pick-up' as the shipping option.

When your order has been processed, we will send an email to you advising that your order is now available for pick-up. You may also check the order status on-line at anytime to verify if the order has been processed and is ready for pick-up.

Please Wait Until Order Has Been Processed
Our warehouse pick-up facilities operate independent of our order processing team, so please do not come in to pick up your order until it has been processed and you have been notified. Orders can not be picked and released until they have been processed.

Call Before Coming to Pick Up
Before you come to pick up your order, please call 613-8230926 to confirm that we are ready for you. The normal pickup time is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00PM.
