Pro Mapping Software
The Pro Mapping Software is a powerful and feature rich GPS tracking, mapping and reporting software. It incorporates the most current maps of North America delivered through a patented software technology. The reliable and intuitive mapping software that our customers now appreciate will display the most current maps available in the industry.
With the latest release of the professional software version 4.0, customers can purchase quarterly map updates. This will ensure our customers have the finest and most accurate maps available anywhere. These high quality maps are delivered with a user-friendly interface that is the envy of the industry. The Pro Software is compatible with the entire Shadow TrackerT product line. It offers the fullest range and scale of features. The Pro Software comes in two versions, one for wireless Shadow TrackersT (Premier, 2000) and one for manual downloads (Jr., Performer, and Pro). Features common to both:
- Available in stand-alone and network versions
- Unlimited Pinpoints
- Track Playback - Animates your driver's daily driven route so that you can follow every move. The track animation line is color coded to indicate the speed your driver was traveling during his route.
- Text reports can be run for multiple employees over multiple date ranges.
- Idle Time Report - Gives you an accurate report detailing when your driver was stopped and has left the engine running on the vehicle. This report was designed with input from our existing customers who were concerned about high fuel bills.
- Track Detail - Provides you with a split screen view when reviewing your driver's route. Stop and transit times as well as speed information are displayed in the bottom pane. You can easily toggle between stops by clicking the stop number on the track detail pane.
- Activity Report - Report vehicle's activities in detail, including starts, stops, travel time and mileage.
- Group Reporting - Allows you set vehicles up into groups for faster and easier reporting.
- Mileage By State - Breaks down mileage by state boundaries to assist with DOT reporting.
- Optional Modules used in conjunction with the Time TravelerT Keypad
- Time And Attendance - allows for time in / out reporting, job in / out reporting, and odometer input.
- Inventory - allows for decrementing of inventory items

The Pro Software allows users to zoom into the action and see, from a bird's eye perspective down to a street-by-street basis, exactly what their employees are up to. This screen shot demonstrates the broad scope a user can derive from the software. For demonstration purposes only one vehicle is used, as more vehicles are added to the users fleet, more vehicle would show up on the screen. |

The zoom process is as simple as right clicking and dragging the dashed cursor around the area to be enlarged. Zoom out is accomplished by left clicking. Here we have an example of a zoom in progress, we are at a citywide view and are planning to drop down to a street level view. Notice the speed bar and the color coded route. Determining employee speeds is extremely easy to accomplish. |

At street level we can clearly see stops marked by a red stop sign. Right clicking on these stops pops up a summary of the stop: stop number, time, and duration. Right clicking on any other part of the map pulls up a street address and block number. This makes it a breeze to determine where and when your employees were at certain locations. |

The "Track Details" feature allows you to view all stops in text fashion while looking at the route on the map. You can also click on a specific stop number and the map will automatically jump to and center over that stop. |

The 'Track Playback' feature gives you the opportunity to see how a specific route occurred on a given day. You are in essence, along for the ride. |

This map image demonstrates how the maps become more and more detailed as the zoom increases. Street names are listed as well as geographic markers (schools, airports, creeks, railways, parks, etc.). This makes it extremely easy to decipher the data and make decisions that will help your company. |

Daily Travel Reports itemize a vehicle's complete movement. It shows stop times, locations, and durations, as well as in-transit routes. This is perfect for the manager who wants complete records for his employees on a daily basis. An accrual of statistics is available at the end of the 'Daily Travel Report'. These statistics analyze vehicle movements and allow managers to compare employee productivity company wide. |

The 'Idle Time Report' tells you how long the vehicle was left idling at each and every stop. Monitoring the idle time at stops should reduce your fuel and maintenance costs. |

Shadow TrackerT Extractor
Both the Pro and Lite software are compatible with Shadow TrackerT Extractor Utility programs. These programs allow manual downloads of data to either a PalmT handheld or laptop. This data can then be uploaded to a computer running Shadow TrackerT Lite or Pro. This data can also be e-mailed and analyzed at a distant location. This makes it ideal for companies that have fleet drivers in the field for extended periods of time.
Time TravelerT Software
The Time TravelerT Software is only available with the Pro software. It allows users to monitor time and attendance and inventory. It is perfect for resolving billing disputes with customers and handling payroll for independent contractors. This "Mobile Time Clock/Inventory Manager" provides comprehensive reports and detailed analysis of time and material usage.
Networking module
The Pro mapping software permits networking capabilities when enhanced with this module. This translates into logistical solutions by providing access and manipulation of the same GPS records from multiple locations. Perfect for users with large offices, it offers flexibility and multi-department data access.
EVM Module
Available for the Pro Mapping Software, the EVM (Equipment Vehicle Monitoring) module provides users with the ability to analyze vehicles on/off events (signal lights, ignition, lifts, pumps, etc). This feature is popular in industries that need to monitor the use of equipment.
School authorities: Commonly use this feature to monitor door openings at bus stops and signal lights at stops.
Tow truck operators: Extremely useful in monitoring lift usage.
Construction: EVM can monitor actions of a variety of equipment, from dump trucks to cherry pickers.
Sanitation: Disputes are easily settled by verifying if refuse collection occurred at particular sites.
These are just a few; the applications for use of the EVM are extremely varied and allow another level of control and efficiency over operations.
Real-Time Module
Combining this module with the Shadow TrackerT 2000 creates a powerhouse combination. Real-time tracking becomes possible with a 22 mile range*. Perfect for Universities, Municipalities, or anywhere long distance real-time is not a necessity, it offers premium performance with no monthly fees.
